I - Purpose

II - Functioning of the corporate website

III - Intellectual and industrial property
The intellectual property rights of the Web www.micla.es, information, data, content, databases, designs, photographs, source codes, navigation structure and other integrated telematic services or products on the web site to which Micla allows access, as well as possibly derived products and the instruction manuals are the property of Micla, its suppliers, or their respective holders as appropriate, so that the user agrees not to infringe any right arising from the industrial or intellectual property. The user agrees to use such information and services exclusively for their own needs and not to directly or indirectly exploit commercially services to which it has access or the results obtained from the use of the corporate website, unless you have obtained the express consent of Micla.

IV - Authentication
Micla may establish different authentication systems on the corporate website so that through previously requested data or through identifiers and passwords users of the corporate website can be authenticated. Micla is in no way responsible for the use of the corporate website made by the user. The user shall refrain from any conduct in the use of the corporate website or the resources available to him that violate the rights of intellectual or industrial property of Micla or third parties, that violates or infringes the honor, personal or family privacy or image of third parties or that are illegal or violate morality and will in any case indemnify Micla against any claim, judicial or extrajudicial of actions that are taken against them as a result of such use. The user shall refrain from any conduct that by any means causes any destruction, alteration, disruption or damage to data, programs or electronic documents belonging to Micla, its suppliers or third parties, as well as introducing or disseminating over the Internet any programs, viruses, applets, or any physical or electronic instrument that cause or are likely to cause any type of alteration within Internet, in the system, or equipment of third parties. It is expressly forbidden to delete, modify emails of other users, send spam messages, for commercial or advertising purposes, as well as carrying out any activity or practice which violates the principles of good conduct generally accepted amongst users of the Internet.

VI - Use of cookies
