Micla is born in 2011 as a project management unit, under the Provincial Government of the Claretian Missionaries Baetica Province. Their functions range from project planning and design, through execution of construction and ending in the exploitation thereof.

It also answers to many operational management needs that are required by the Provincial Government, such as building maintenance, vendor management or finding synergies within the Province.
Micla has developed various projects within the Baetica Province including:
- Office building Avenue Manuel Siurot, on the grounds of the former Provincial Curia
- New building of the Provincial Curia
- Residents Parking on the grounds of the Colegio Claret in Seville
- Elderly Home in Seville
- New installations of Dining room and Kitchen in the Colegio Claret in Seville
- Elderly Home in Granada
- 21 apartment rented building in Seville
Micla currently manages all these new activities independently, and studies new plans for the future in order to obtain benefit of "dormant assets" in the Province, in order to raise funds for "those most in need", element of the missionary character of the Congregation..
